This role demands complete ownership of the zone’s architectural strategy – from conceptualization to microlevel execution – ensuring design excellence, innovation, and world-class delivery. Your leadership will:🔹Redefine premium living by introducing cutting-edge concepts, superior materials, and global lifestyle amenities.🔹Elevate market positioning by ensuring every project meets or surpasses high-end residential benchmarks.🔹Drive innovation through R&D, exploring global design trends, sustainable solutions, and advanced materials.🔹Integrate vision with execution, ensuring superior designs are flawlessly delivered on-site.🔶Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership🔹Own and drive the architectural vision for the Hyderabad Zone across all residential developments.🔹Lead the end-to-end cycle: concept development, detailed design, material finalization, execution, and handover.🔹Define and uphold high-end design standards in line with international benchmarks.🔹Design, Detailing & Material Excellence🔹Review and approve detailed drawings, specifications, and finishes for interiors, landscape, and façades.🔹Lead material research and innovation – identify, evaluate, and implement premium finishes, fixtures, and technologies.🔹Ensure BOQs and budgets reflect a balance of cost efficiency with high-end product delivery.🔹Execution & Microlevel Oversight🔹Translate designs into precise construction drawings and oversee flawless on-site execution.🔹Conduct frequent site reviews to ensure detailing, finishes, and materials match design intent.🔹Supervise model house execution to set the benchmark for quality, sales, and brand identity.🔹Troubleshoot execution challenges with hands-on solutions at microlevel.🔶Research & Development🔹Continuously research global market trends, premium residential standards, and new technologies.🔹Benchmark Superior Homes’ products against top national and international players.🔹Propose innovative specifications and features that differentiate the brand in the high-end market segment.🔹Introduce sustainable, smart, and future-ready solutions in design and execution.🔶People & Team Leadership🔹Lead and mentor a team of architects, instilling attention to detail and accountability.🔹Drive a culture of innovation, precision, and market awareness within the team.🔹Collaborate with engineering, procurement, sales, and project execution teams to ensure alignment.🔶Governance & Reporting🔹Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks at every stage.🔹Track design and execution progress through structured reviews and dashboards.🔹Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain market-leading standards.🔶Candidate Profile🔹B.Arch / M.Arch with 15–20 years of experience in high-end residential architecture.🔹Proven track record in delivering luxury apartments, villas, and community projects.🔹Strong expertise in design, detailing, material research, and execution-level supervision.🔹Familiarity with global residential trends, high-end finishes, and premium specifications.🔹Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel; exposure to modern design/digital tools preferred.🔹Visionary leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.🔹Demonstrated ability to merge strategic leadership with microlevel execution while keeping market standards premium.
