In the Fund Administration team, which is the core business of Citco, we provide alternative asset and accounting services that are highly respected in the industry. Our team is dedicated to delivering a seamless client experience through continuous investment in learning and technology solutions. As a member of the Investor AMLCDD team at Citco, your role will involve acting as a central point and coordinator, managing a team of specialists, handling complex queries, and ensuring timely escalations and deliverables. You will be responsible for staffing management, training, and development, as well as proposing operational improvements in consultation with the wider team. Additionally, you will interact directly with senior management and clients, understanding current and anticipating future client needs. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role within private equity and/or hedge funds, with exposure to outsourcing. You should also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a team. Excellent knowledge of AML regulations, particularly in Cayman and Singapore, is preferable. A strong interest in the financial markets, hedge fund, and private equity industry, along with effective communication skills and customer relationship management, are essential. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Vision is also required.
