The Role You will be responsible for : Assist in sourcing candidates for sales roles through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, referrals, etc.) Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses Support HR team in recruitment drives and walk-in interviews Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates Prepare and update recruitment-related reports and trackers Maintain communication with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience Ideal Profile Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Whats on Offer?
