Job Description

Objective of the Role :

  • Office Administrative Support :

    Maintain office supplies , seating arrangement and facility coordination for Id card and car parking concerns and managing guest pass/ visitor pass. Assist in documentation , file management for Id card deliveries and distribution and other administrative tasks .
  • Employee Engagement Activities :

    Plan and execute engagement activities , events and wellness programs. Gather employee feedback and implement engagement strategies .Plan and execute distribution of CEAP certificates .
  • HRBP Data & Support :

    Assist in data collection , analysis and HR reporting . Support HRBP teams in executing HR related initiatives .
  • Employee Support and Workplace Issue Resolution :

    Address employee concern related to workplace issues and transport . Act as a liaison between employees and other accounts .
  • Managing and pushing RTO compliance

    Track and report RTO compliance across all accounts in Gurugram. Communicate and reinforce RTO polices with employees and managers. Identify challenges in RTO and work on solutions to improve compliance .
