Role Overview The Closing Sales Head will be responsible for leading the final stage of the sales funnelnegotiating, closing deals, and ensuring seamless transition to post-sales processes. Team Management & Coordination Mentor and guide the on-ground closing executives (if applicable). Coordinate with legal, CRM, documentation, and finance teams for smooth processing post-sale. Ensure all documentation, agreements, and payment milestones are aligned and signed off. Client Experience & Relationship Management Build strong rapport with prospects and existing clients to drive referrals and repeat business. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and discretion in all client interactions. Follow up post-sale for relationship nurturing and upselling opportunities (villas, wellness packages, etc.). Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 815 years of proven sales experience, with 35 years in real estate, luxury sales, or hospitality. Demonstrated track record of closing high-ticket deals (2 Cr+ per unit). Experience dealing with HNIs, NRI clients, and corporate buyers. Skills: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
