Job Purpose The National Channel Sales Head will be responsible for leading and scaling Ridhira Livings channel partner network across India. The role involves developing strategic alliances with brokers, real estate agents, wealth advisors, and institutional partners to drive residential sales and wellness real estate investments. Key Responsibilities Channel Development & Management Develop and execute a national channel sales strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. Build strong, long-term relationships with high-performing real estate agents and channel partners. Revenue Generation Drive residential sales through channel partners to meet and exceed sales targets. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure partners are well-informed about inventory, pricing, and product USPs. Team Leadership Build and manage a high-performing team of regional channel sales managers and executives. Set performance metrics, monitor results, and provide ongoing coaching and support. Training & Engagement Design and implement regular training, engagement events, and incentive programs for channel partners. Organize channel partner meets, webinars, and site visits to boost partner motivation and conversion. Strategy & Reporting Analyze regional trends, competitor activity, and sales data to adjust strategies. Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports to senior management. Key Requirements Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing. Experience: 12–18 years of relevant experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury product channel sales. At least 5 years in a national or zonal leadership role. Proven success in launching or scaling channel networks across multiple geographies. Skills: Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and partner ecosystems. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple regional teams. Tech-savvy with experience in CRM and sales analytics tools.
