Regional Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  
• Manage and oversee all retail operations across assigned regions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
  
• Plan, strategize, and execute marketing campaigns, retail events, and exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
  
• Analyze regional sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and merchandising for seamless business execution.
  
• Lead, motivate, and develop retail teams to achieve performance excellence.
  
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
  
• Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an

  RBM / Zonal / Regional Head

  in a

  retail organization with 500 Cr+ annual revenue

  .
• Strong business acumen with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
  
• Experience in

  planning and executing marketing initiatives and exhibitions

  .
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  
• Preferably from

  luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, or jewelry

  sectors.
