Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets. Manage and oversee all retail operations across assigned regions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives. Plan, strategize, and execute marketing campaigns, retail events, and exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement. Analyze regional sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and merchandising for seamless business execution. Lead, motivate, and develop retail teams to achieve performance excellence. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners. Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and ensure effective utilization of resources. Requirements: Proven experience as an RBM / Zonal / Regional Head in a retail organization with 500 Cr+ annual revenue . Strong business acumen with a focus on driving growth and profitability. Experience in planning and executing marketing initiatives and exhibitions . Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Preferably from luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, or jewelry sectors.
