Role: Head of Sales
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting To: CEO Co-founder
Role Overview
The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving ekincaresales growth by leading and scaling the sales organization across regions and channels. This role requires a proven sales leader who can build high-performing teams, expand the enterprise client base in high-value sectors, strengthen broker and TPA partnerships, and consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets.

Top outcomes (first 6 months):
  • Lead the regional sales team, to close 30-40 cr. worth of revenue
  • Establish peer relationships with national heads of key brokers
  • Define target list for direct sales close x cr. worth of revenue
  • Establish best in class sales processes including sales review forums, pipeline reviews, RCA of lost deals, QBRs, MBRs etc.
  • Partner with CEO other CXOs to finalize AOP; Drive forecasting for revenue from direct broker channel for AOP

    Requirements
    Key Responsibilities Success metrics
    • Own overall revenue (200 cr in FY 27, 30-40 cr in H2 FY 26)
    • Develop the Broker Channel (~65% of revenue)
      • Success metrics - Revenue from broker channel, % of total RFPs which comes to Ekincare, %ge of RFPs Ekincare wins
      • Key responsibilities:
        • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders (National heads) from the key brokers drive 10/10 experience for them
        • Establish clear sales processes accountabilities internally, for broker sales
        • Drive direct sales (~35% of revenue)
          • Success metrics - Revenue from direct sales
          • Key responsibilities:
            • Drive enterprise account acquisition with a sharp focus on high-ticket sectors and high-volume regions (e.g., BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Pharma, etc.).
            • Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships with key enterprise clients.
            • Sales Strategy to Execution
              • Establish best in class sales systems, including quarterly annual sales planning, incentives, review processes, sales calls, sales-account management handover processes etc.
              • Lead regular sales reviews with the team, identify pockets of under performance, drive RCA course correct
              • Team Leadership
                • Lead, mentor, and scale regional sales teams across India.
                • Drive training programs (as needed) to align the capabilities of the sales teams to the business requirements
