Job Description

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic National Sales Head to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth across multiple markets. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and sales management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, customer service, and territory management skills, with a proven track record in technology sales, inside and outside sales, and CRM software utilization. As the key driver of our sales strategy, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop innovative sales initiatives, and expand our market presence nationally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets on a national scale.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and ongoing development.
  • Oversee territory management to maximize coverage, identify new business opportunities, and expand customer base through effective lead generation and cold calling.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners through exceptional customer service and strategic account management.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying emerging markets, new product opportunities, and innovative approaches to increase market share.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct compelling product demos, negotiate contracts, and upsell solutions tailored to client needs in various sectors including retail, technology, and other B2B markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives and brand positioning.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies proactively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly at the senior level such as a Sales Director or Head of Sales within B2B environments.
  • Extensive background in outside sales, inside sales, territory management, and business development across diverse industries.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software like Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, lead generation, and conducting impactful product demos.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a high-performance culture focused on results.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
