Job Description

As the Sales Head at Pastiche Energy Solutions Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing robust sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Leading a 46-member sales team, you will shape market development efforts and position Pastiche as a dominant player in the electric mobility and battery solutions industry, both in India and overseas. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with business objectives, setting short- and long-term revenue targets specifically focused on Electric Vehicles, Energy Storage Systems, Telecommunications, Railways, and other related sectors. - Team Leadership: - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team of 46 members. Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching. - Market Development: - Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the EV, renewable energy, logistics, and other emerging sectors. - Client Acquisition & Retention: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals. - Performance Tracking: - Leverage CRM tools and analytics to track the sales funnel, monitor KPIs, and improve forecasting accuracy. - Competitive Intelligence: - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies. - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably within Batteries, Electric Vehicles, Inverters, Energy Storage, clean energy, or technology-driven sectors. - Strong knowledge of Lithium-ion batteries, electric vehicles, or clean-tech products is preferred. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Results-driven with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to achieving sales goals. - Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting systems. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Master's / Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology (Electronics, Electrical, or related). - MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred.,
