Sales Head , Kochi , 10 + yrs experience

Profile:

Looking for a Sales Head for an interior project-based company.
Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and ensuring project sales targets are met from start to finish.
This role requires strong leadership to build and mentor a team, exceptional skills in client relationship management, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
The position also includes identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and reporting on performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, especially in a project-based environment.
Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
