Job Description: Sales Head/National Sales Head

Location: Indore

Salary: 40 LPA

Exp.- 20+ Years

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to translate Business Plans into Sales executions & achieve Targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Market expansion.
• Build & lead nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets & Org. goals.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers & Key Accounts
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Prepare & review monthly and quarterly annual sales forecasts.
• Implement various Sales processes with an eye on profitability.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Liaise with Marketing and implement micro-level market penetration strategy.
• Stay up to date with new product launches and market trends.
• Build a strong distribution infrastructure in MP followed by other states in the future.
• Should have an experience Ghee and SMP in east (Compulsory), west and North

Eligibility and Skills:

• MBA from a well-regarded Institute/Univ. with experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food Processing and Dairy industry- Experience with Ghee and Milk is must
• Person must have good IT skills with more than working knowledge of Excel, PPT, MS Office etc
• Ability to glean insights from data, data-based decision making, sound commercial acumen.
• Should be able to relocate to other parts of the country when & if needed for Business growth and higher responsibility as the company grows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹330,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
