National Sales Head

• Your key responsibilities will include:

• - Leading, mentoring, and managing the regional sales managers and sales representatives.
• - Setting performance targets, conducting regular performance reviews, and promoting a results-driven and customer-focused sales culture.
• - Identifying and developing new business opportunities, clients, and distribution channels across retail, HoReCa, General Trade, Modern Trade, institutional, and export segments.
• - Driving sales targets across modern trade, general trade, online, and B2B platforms.
• - Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to launch and promote new products.
• - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• - Providing detailed sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reports to senior leadership.
• - Ensuring adherence to pricing policies, trade schemes, and regulatory guidelines related to food and nutraceutical products.

• Qualifications Required:
• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• - Proven track record of at least 10 years in a Sales Head role for Food, Nutraceutical & Bakery products or FMCH Industry
• - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹489,648.26 - ₹1,810,780.78 per year
