Manage vendor relationships for on-ground branding, POS materials, and promotional merchandise. Track and report campaign performance and ROI to the Brand Manager. Collaborate with the design team to create engaging content and manage promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility. Product Development & Launch Support Assist in new product development (NPD) activities including concept evaluation, packaging design, and launch execution. Coordinate with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely product rollouts. Budget & Reporting Support in preparing and managing brand budgets in coordination with the Brand Manager. Maintain trackers for marketing spends, campaign timelines, and deliverables. Brand Consistency Ensure brand consistency and messaging are maintained across all marketing materials, promotional activities, and brand touchpoints. Continuous Learning & Collaboration Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and marketing innovations. Contribute to knowledge sharing, team discussions, and capability enhancement initiatives. What we are looking for? MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management. 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods. Hands-on experience in campaign coordination, agency management, and marketing operations. Strong analytical, creative thinking, and communication skills.
