About the Job

Senior Brand Manager


Your responsibilities will include:


Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute brand strategies in alignment with corporate and marketing objectives.
  • Define brand proposition, positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotions.
  • Lead ATL & BTL planning and execution to deliver value propositions effectively.

P&L & Budget Management

  • Manage brand P&L including media plans, trade plans, and consumer experience initiatives.
  • Develop annual brand budgets and track expenditures against plan.

Cross-functional & Agency Collaboration

  • Work with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Communication teams to support brand requirements.
  • Partner with advertising, media, and research agencies for brand campaigns and media planning.

Market Development & Insights

  • Support

    new product development (NPD)

    by working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define launch strategies, and ensure effective go-to-market execution.
  • Drive market entry strategies for untapped geographies based on intelligence and research.
  • Monitor competitor activity, conduct retail audits, and analyze brand performance.
  • Conceive and implement trade promotions, consumer activations, and PR activities.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Provide strategic guidance to Brand Managers/ABMs in developing marketing plans and executions.
  • Ensure capability development and training for team members.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture within the brand team.


What we are looking for?

  • Post Graduate Diploma/MBA in Marketing from a premier B-school.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Marketing with at least 2–3 years in a similar senior brand role.
  • Proven expertise in brand strategy, consumer marketing, ATL/BTL planning, and P&L management.
  • Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
