Key Responsibilities

Build, nurture & grow the brand’s equity in line with strategic objectives.Define brand identity, positioning, communication, pricing, packaging & promotions.Partner with Sales, R&D, and cross-functional teams to deliver winning brand strategies.Lead ATL & BTL campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI through effective media planning.Drive new product development, brand extensions, and market entry strategies.Monitor competition, market dynamics & retail audits to design impactful initiatives.Manage budgets, P&L, and ensure brand objectives (topline & bottom-line) are achieved.Mentor & guide brand executives, fostering a performance-driven culture.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in brand management/marketing with proven track record.Strategic thinker with creative flair and strong business acumen.Hands-on experience in ATL, BTL, digital campaigns, product launches, and market research.Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to work across departments and agencies.
