Assistant Brand Manager /

What you’ll do:

• Build, nurture & grow the brand’s equity in line with strategic objectives.
• Define brand identity, positioning, communication, pricing, packaging & promotions.
• Partner with Sales, R&D, and cross-functional teams to deliver winning brand strategies.
• Lead ATL & BTL campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI through effective media planning.
• Drive new product development, brand extensions, and market entry strategies.
• Monitor competition, market dynamics & retail audits to design impactful initiatives.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and ensure brand objectives (topline & bottom-line) are achieved.
• Mentor & guide brand executives, fostering a performance-driven culture.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in

  brand management/marketing

  with proven track record.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and strong business acumen.
• Hands-on experience in

  ATL, BTL, digital campaigns, product launches, and market research

  .
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to work across departments and agencies.
