Assistant Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist fashion brands that match Dripi’s ideal partner profile
• Connect with decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, E-com Heads, Operations Leads)
• Reach out via LinkedIn, Instagram, email, WhatsApp, and calls
• Initiate conversations and generate interest in partnership opportunities
• Customize pitches based on each brand’s needs and pain points
• Conduct clear, engaging product demos
• Explain how Dripi improves conversions and reduces returns
• Deliver personalized, high-impact sales pitches
• Handle objections professionally
• Maintain regular follow-ups to move leads through the funnel
• Close agreements and ensure all documentation is complete
• Ensure smooth handover to the onboarding team
• Align expectations for quick and seamless go-live
• Log all interactions in CRM
• Maintain accurate and updated data
• Share insights on lead quality, performance, and category trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• 1–3 years of B2B Sales or Account Management experience
• Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills
• Proactive follow-up and ownership mindset
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
