Full-time, Mumbai or Hyderabad Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ability to generate analyse Consumer insights to improve Brand positioning
Ability to run Branding campaigns end to end, including developing value proposition, creative communication, media distribution and tracking campaign ROI
Having a creative eye for unique marketing branding concepts passionate enough to take it to fruition, in the most cost-effective way
Coordinating with external agencies internal teams to prepare creative briefs and media plans for campaigns while ensuring that brand guidelines are effectively followed
Leading a team, setting goals and tuning them to give their best performance
Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with consumer trends and preferences
360 degree ownership of content calendars across multiple channels- Social media (Paid, Organic), Email, Whatsapp etc.
Monitoring key metrics across campaigns to ensure effectiveness
Evaluating the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats to the brand.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing

Skill sets:

2+ years of experience in a similar field
Prior experience in Content Strategy or Content Writing is preferred.
Passionate about any creative skill eg: Graphic designing/Video editing/ Videography/Photography,etc.
Creative aptitude in Visual design
Good Communication skills - written and verbal.
Strong MS office knowledge
