Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Excellence & Standardization: o Implement operational processes for consistency across franchises. o Partner with retail operations to create and enforce SOPs. o Work with HR and training teams to ensure store staff are well-trained. 2. Revenue Growth & Profitability: o Set and monitor sales targets for franchises, providing strategic guidance. o Work with merchandising teams on pricing, promotions, and strategies to optimize profitability. o Regularly review franchisee P&Ls and take corrective action when necessary. 3. Franchisee Relationship Management: o Serve as the main contact for franchisee-related issues. o Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and resolve any challenges. o Gather feedback to improve the franchise model and processes. o Key Metrics: Sales growth rate per franchise. Profit margin per franchise. o 4. Brand Consistency & Compliance: o Ensure brand integrity and image are maintained across all franchise locations. o Conduct regular audits for compliance with brand standards, merchandising, and marketing strategies. o Align franchisees with national campaigns and promotions. 5. Sales & Revenue Management:  Drive sales initiatives to meet monthly and annual revenue targets. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure effective management of store profitability. Key Metrics:  Customer Experience Consistency: Across franchise locations.  Sales Growth & Profit Margins: Regular monitoring of financial performance.  Franchisee Satisfaction & Retention Rates: Ensuring strong relationships.  Brand Compliance: Regular audits for brand consistency. Critical Competencies:  Strategic Thinking & Market Insight: To expand the franchise network and understand market dynamics.  Operational Excellence & Process Management: Ensuring streamlined operations across locations.  Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to foster franchisee loyalty.  Financial Acumen: Managing profitability and financial health. Key Requirements:        Experience: 10+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the retail industry. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence. Strong understanding of retail metrics, merchandising standards, and inventory management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple stores, teams, and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Proficiency in retail management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
