2. Job Purpose:

1. New, renovation, extension Project execution - Onsite

2. Repair maintenance supervision and follow ups

3. Material movement management at site

4. Reports and document management

5. Vendor Management

3. Key Accountabilities:

1. Study and understand the drawings with BOQ.

2. Monitoring Various Project Related Work of Own and franchisee Stores.

3. Maintenance of Own stores.

4. Mobilize the Project Vendor Wherever Required

5. Monitoring and maintaining the material movements

6. Updating on time GRN from site.

7. Coordination with vendor for timely handover of store.

8. Quality checks of materials

9. Cost monitoring and optimization

10. PAN India site visits as required for both NSO and RnM works

5. Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Qualification

Diploma in interior design/civil/electrical or equivalent
