Retail Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Retail Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive footfall, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales across our jewellery retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury retail, consumer behaviour, and brand storytelling, with a passion for jewellery and fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement retail marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.
• Drive in-store promotions, events, and activations to enhance customer engagement.

• Brand & Visual Merchandising:

• Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
• Oversee store branding, signage, and display aesthetics.

• Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute local and national campaigns including print, digital, radio, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROI metrics.

• Retail Partnerships & Events:

• Coordinate with mall management and retail partners for joint marketing initiatives.
• Organize jewellery exhibitions, trunk shows, and festive events.

• Market Research & Insights:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Conduct periodic store audits and customer surveys.

• Budget & Reporting:

• Manage marketing budgets for retail activities.
• Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, footfall, and sales impact.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in luxury or jewellery.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail dynamics.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
