We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven corporate sales specialist possessing great understanding of the health-tech Insurance space. The ideal candidate will spearhead the expansion and oversight of our array of strategic partnerships with Insurers. This position demands a solid mix of business development, relationship cultivation, and strategic foresight. The role will hold a pivotal position in pinpointing, securing, and fostering partnerships that resonate with our business goals.
Role: Business development specialist - Insurer relations
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Co-founder
Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with insurance companies to expand our indirect sales channels
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to maximize revenue generation through indirect sales partnerships
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance sector to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with our business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of indirect sales initiatives, leveraging resources effectively
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth with the insurers
- To be on top of competition offerings and navigate a conversation with a client when asked, by not comparing features rather highlighting our USPs which best suit the client
- \u200b Keeping track of competitor activities and products and developing a sales strategy to ensure market edge

Requirements - Graduate with 5+ years of strong B2B sales work experience with HealthTech, Insurance, Brokerage, or TPA sectors
- Demonstrated understanding of indirect sales processes and strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environment
- Willingness to roll up the sleeves and demonstrate a "get the job done at all cost " attitude
