We are looking for a proactive and driven Sr. Associate Talent Acquisition to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in hiring, thrives in fast-paced startup ecosystems, and is passionate about delivering quality talent in tight timelines.

Job Title: Sr. Associate - Talent Acquisition

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Reporting to: Head - HR

Experience: 1+ year

Key Responsibilities:

Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Support and Business roles across levels

Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies

Build strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing techniques Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and headhunting

Ensure timely closures while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience

Drive effective communication and coordination across stakeholders during the recruitment lifecycle

Maintain accurate data on the ATS and generate periodic reports for reviews

Support employer branding and talent mapping initiatives as required Stay up to date with hiring trends and best practices in the startup ecosystem

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition

Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced growth environment is essential

Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates in parallel

Familiarity with Zoho ATS system is a plus
