Job Description

Role Overview: As a RM&G Sr. Associate at Cognizant Corporate, you will play a crucial role within the Corporate Security team. Your primary focus will be on driving impactful contributions and outcomes, working alongside Soma Bhattamishra. The Corporate Security team is instrumental in managing and directing global enterprise physical and IT security programs at Cognizant Technology Solutions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of self-starters, leverage vibrant culture, and engage in continuous learning and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 5 to 7 years of Risk Management & Governance experience, demonstrating detailed knowledge of the Risk Management process in a fast-paced largescale IT services Organization. - Conduct reviews of IT specific capabilities to ensure comprehensive coverage of security metrics aligning with key IT functions and guaranteeing IT policies/standards/processes meet minimum expectations. - Identify gaps in policies, processes, IT systems, and security controls, offering guidance based on risk analysis for necessary controls to ensure compliance. - Familiarity with various information risk management frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and COBIT guidelines and standards. - Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organization skills. - Utilize working knowledge in Excel to support the team in generating reports and dashboards. - Embrace the vibrant culture at Cognizant by striving for excellence, focusing on meaningful outcomes, and fostering effective collaboration.
