About the Role:

We’re seeking a National Sales Head to drive key account sales and strategic growth for a leading retail and lifestyle brand. This is a high-impact leadership role managing major retail and e-commerce partners across India.

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Lead PAN-India key account operations with major retailers and online platforms (e.g., Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Reliance, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

📊 Develop and execute national sales strategy, annual business targets, and growth plans

📈 Drive top-line revenue and profitability (P&L ownership)

🚀 Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations to finalize seasonal product ranges and business plans

📣 Strengthen brand visibility through innovative sales and marketing initiatives

🤝 Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business

👥 Lead, mentor, and monitor regional sales teams to achieve performance goals

📦 Oversee category performance across footwear, apparel, and accessories

Requirements:

✅ Graduate (mandatory) with MBA in Sales/Marketing/Retail preferred

✅ Minimum 12 years of experience in retail or fashion/lifestyle industry

✅ Proven track record in key account management, business development, and national sales leadership

✅ Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and sales planning tools

Preferred:

⭐ Experience handling both modern trade and e-commerce accounts

⭐ Exposure to brand building and category expansion initiatives
