Role Overview

The Closing Sales Head will be responsible for leading the final stage of the sales funnelnegotiating, closing deals, and ensuring seamless transition to post-sales processes. The ideal candidate must be a high-impact closer with a deep understanding of luxury real estate buyers, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to drive high-value conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Closure & Deal Finalization

Own the last-mile conversion of qualified leads into bookings and final sales.

Work closely with sales advisors and pre-sales teams to understand buyer needs and objections.

Conduct site visits and closing meetings with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, and influencers.

Present the value proposition and unique selling points of Ridhira Zen convincingly.

Drive urgency through effective use of offers, timelines, and personalized engagement.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Collaborate with senior leadership to align closing strategies with broader sales and marketing plans.

Optimize pricing, payment plans, and negotiation strategies to improve conversion rates.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accurate closing metrics.

Team Management & Coordination

Mentor and guide the on-ground closing executives (if applicable).

Coordinate with legal, CRM, documentation, and finance teams for smooth processing post-sale.

Ensure all documentation, agreements, and payment milestones are aligned and signed off.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

Build strong rapport with prospects and existing clients to drive referrals and repeat business.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and discretion in all client interactions.

Follow up post-sale for relationship nurturing and upselling opportunities (villas, wellness packages, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

MBA preferred.

Experience:

815 years of proven sales experience, with 35 years in real estate, luxury sales, or hospitality.

Demonstrated track record of closing high-ticket deals (2 Cr+ per unit).

Experience dealing with HNIs, NRI clients, and corporate buyers.

Skills:

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Deep understanding of the luxury buyer mindset.

Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Key KPIs

Monthly and quarterly closing targets

Site visit-to-booking conversion ratio

Customer satisfaction score post-sale

Revenue contribution from closed deals

Compensation

Fixed salary (competitive within industry benchmarks)
