Job Description:
Leading a large sales/operations team of a complete city by demonstrating leadership skills through building and managing your own field team, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture,bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.
Responsible for achieving postpaid (Sales) targets for the business
Working cohesively with a team of talented and passionate colleagues Lead a team 50+ Nobroker field managers and 1-2 Team leaders ensuring high productivity (servicing excellence and top notch deal closings)
Designing and coordinating the training program for the employees in order to improve work efficiency and quality of deliverables.
Ensuring people synergy and effective communication across teams, subordinates and managers
Able to think on the feet and solve problems on ground and take important decisions without constant supervision Criteria-
Advanced knowledge of Google sheets/Excel
Good communication skills to drive the team and report to top management
Should have handled a team 40-50 people
Minimum experience of 3 years leading a team
Field Sales/Servicing Experience is a must
