As a candidate for the mentioned job role, you will be responsible for the following: - Allocating jobs and workloads to Team Managers & Team Leaders. - Identifying the abilities of individual staff members and allocating work accordingly. - Implementing new initiatives and ensuring all staff understand them. - Providing prompt and accurate information on Team Leader & Team Manager performance. - Ensuring that tasks assigned to juniors are completed on time and meet the required standard. - Creating a clean, safe, and friendly working environment for all team members. - Maintaining a certain level of slack in the system to cover busy periods. - Establishing team and staff targets aligned with the company's objectives. - Providing accurate information to senior managers on key issues. - Generating revenue for the company by providing Loan Services to individual clients and corporate. - Maintaining client relationships with existing clients. - Analyzing customer requirements and providing tailored solutions. - Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients. - Understanding and managing personal performance on a daily basis. - Adhering to quality standards. Key Skills and Competencies: - Prioritizing important tasks and ensuring their proper completion. - Proficiency in MS Office and other work-related technologies. - Improving product quality, customer communications, and staff cooperation. - Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced, and target-driven environment. - Commitment to promoting fair equal opportunities in the workplace. - Willingness to support struggling work colleagues. - Ability to challenge current work methods and implement practical improvements. Qualifications Required: - MBA/Post Graduate in Finance. - Minimum of 5 years of experience with strong knowledge of the finance industry. - Good communication skills. - Ability to handle work pressure and collaborate effectively with the team.
