The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience and a passion for visual storytelling, bringing innovative ideas to life through design. Bond: 2 Years (on confirmation as Permanent Employee) Responsibilities Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all design projects. Produce high-quality graphics for websites, social media, and marketing materials. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Ability to create engaging graphics and layouts for various platforms. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including both personal and professional projects.
Lead QC inspections for shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, etc. Plan manpower and inspection schedules across multiple sites. Ensure compliance with IS codes, ITP/MTP, and ISO/QMS standards. Review and consolidate inspection reports (daily/weekly/monthly). Handle NCRs, corrective actions, and client interactions.
