City Head

As a Regional Business Leader at Licious, you will have full responsibility for geography level demand & supply, with accountability for revenue, profitability & Customer experience for the region. Your role will involve developing city-specific strategies to identify growth opportunities, drive penetration, and manage the channel mix effectively. You will be tasked with maximizing Gross Margin, Operating Margin & CM1 at a city level through effective management of pricing, mix, and last-mile efficiency. Tailoring product selection based on city preferences, ensuring availability, and deploying competitive, customized pricing strategies to maximize revenue & profitability will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring high service standards by addressing delivery challenges, monitoring feedback, and enhancing customer experience. Active collaboration & alignment with Category, Brand, Consumer Insights, and Supply Chain teams to achieve city-level goals will be crucial. Utilizing analytics to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and refine strategies by monitoring traffic, conversion, and order values will also be a part of your role. Qualifications Required: - An MBA is preferred, as a solid foundation in business strategy is beneficial. - Around 7-8 years of experience in navigating high-stakes environments, where you have owned numbers, solved problems, and made things click. - Demonstrated skills in driving growth, maximizing revenue, collaborating across teams, and delighting customers. - Ability to spot untapped opportunities, set the pace, and deliver results while keeping a cool head and a sharp eye on the big picture.,
