We are in search of a Regional Business Leader who will be responsible for demand & supply at the geography level, ensuring revenue, profitability, and customer experience in the region. You will be tasked with developing city-specific strategies, maximizing revenue, driving profitability, and managing the product portfolio and pricing to cater to city preferences while enhancing customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Category, Brand, Consumer Insights, and Supply Chain is essential to achieve city-level goals. A data-driven approach will be crucial to optimize pricing, forecast demand, and refine strategies based on analytics. The ideal candidate for this role will hold an MBA and possess around 7-8 years of experience in high-stakes environments, demonstrating a strong business acumen.
