As a City Head (BU) at Livspace, you will serve as the business owner for your city - responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving sustainable growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of the City’s P&L (EBITDA), and direct accountability for Sales, Design, Execution, and Customer Experience. You will be responsible for managing monthly revenues of ~100 - 150 Cr annually, and will drive EBITA growth while maintaining sustainable revenue growth with ~100+ team members. You will lead cross-functional teams, define and execute the city strategy, manage performance, and ensure operational excellence across all areas. All City-level Sales, Design, and Operations teams will report directly to you. Additionally, you will be closely working with HR Business Partners, City CMMs, TA Leads, Channel Leads, Modular Design Support Teams, and other Central Function SPOCs to run the city holistically and deliver the desired EBITDA with sustained revenue growth.

Lead the overall business performance of the city with complete P&L and EBITDA accountability with a Minimum Revenue Goal/AOP.
Develop and execute strategies to drive profitability, growth, and operational excellence.
Monitor key business metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions proactively.
Own the complete customer journey - from first lead to project handover.
Align Sales, Design, and Execution teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
Ensure cost-efficiency, design quality, and timely project completion.
Improve lead conversion, customer retention, and satisfaction through data-driven segmentation and engagement. Proactively generate referral business by delivering value and delight throughout the customer journey.
Work with Channel Leads to strengthen pre-sale quality.
Expand category penetration and offering through collaboration with Category Marketing Managers.
Champion city-level initiatives that enhance operational excellence and improve EBITDA .
Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Business Managers, Design Leads, and city-level delivery teams.
Build a high-performance, customer-first culture driven by ownership and accountability.
Foster cross-functional alignment to ensure cohesive execution and city-level output.
Define the vision, align teams to city-level goals and targets, drive output.
Partner with HRBP & TA for hiring, retention, and engagement initiatives like R&R.
