You will be responsible for allocating jobs and workloads to Team Managers and Team Leaders based on individual staff abilities. Implementing new initiatives and ensuring all staff understand them will be crucial. Providing prompt and accurate performance feedback to Team Leaders and Team Managers is part of your role. It will be your responsibility to ensure that tasks assigned to junior team members are completed on time and meet required standards. Creating a clean, safe, and friendly working environment for all team members is essential. You will need to maintain a certain level of slack in the system to cover busy periods. Setting team and staff targets aligned with the company's objectives is a key aspect of your role. Providing accurate information to senior managers on key issues is also part of your responsibilities. Your focus will be on generating revenue for the company by providing loan services to individual clients and corporate entities. Building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing customer requirements, and offering tailored solutions will be crucial for success. Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business from existing clients will be a priority. You should be adept at prioritizing important tasks, proficient in MS Office and other work-related technologies, and dedicated to improving product quality, customer communications, and staff cooperation. Working efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven production environment is necessary. Promoting equal opportunities in the workplace and being willing to support struggling colleagues are key traits. You should also be proactive in identifying and implementing practical improvements to work processes. As a candidate, you must hold an MBA or Post Graduate degree in Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the finance industry.
