Junior QA Automation Engineer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering. Strong academic background. Required Skills: Proficiency in Java , Selenium WebDriver , SQL , TestNG , Eclipse , Apache POI , Maven , Atlassian Jira , Rest Assured , and API Testing using Postman . Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios based on specifications. Perform manual and automation testing, with expertise in tools such as Selenium . Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively. Possess a thorough understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Utilize bug and test management tools such as JIRA , Bugzilla , or Quality Center efficiently. Apply basic knowledge of databases to test data scenarios. Stay updated on testing methodologies and tools. Certification in Automation Testing ( Selenium , QTP ) or Manual Testing is a plus. Additional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions. Quick learner with an inquisitive mindset to explore the "why," "how," and "what" of testing challenges. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is not mandatory but would be an added advantage.
