This high-impact role focuses on driving automation for enhanced efficiency, quality improvements, and reduced manpower dependency. A company where automation is a strategic priority . 🔑 Key Skills & Responsibilities Technical Expertise Design & execution of SPMs and automated production lines PLC, HMI programming & system integration (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley) Electrical & mechanical design with safety compliance Experience in robotics, vision systems , pick-and-place units, and miniature components Retrofit existing machinery with smart automation Knowledge of SCADA, IoT, Industry 4.0 is a big plus Leadership & Management Lead cross-functional automation projects from concept to commissioning Strong in vendor development, negotiation , and project costing Excellent in communication, commercial awareness , and team leadership Fluent in English ; Hindi/Marathi preferred Additional Technical Proficiencies SCADA, HMI, PLC programming Pneumatics, hydraulics, servo systems Industrial networking, automation sensors Domain experience in fasteners or miniature automation is preferred 📊 Project Ownership Create and manage project budgets and ROI analysis Drive design, prototyping, testing , and implementation Conduct feasibility studies , process audits Track KPIs : cycle time, uptime, manpower savings, and quality metrics Ensure all projects meet compliance and safety standards 🎯 Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: BE/Diploma – Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Robotics Experience: 10–20 years in automation and machine development Age: Below 45 years Strong technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities 🚍 Perks & Benefits Company bus from Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Badlapur, Virar Subsidized canteen facility Opportunity to work on high-impact automation in a globally connected manufacturing company Show more Show less
