The role involves important aspects of wastewater management, structural design, and project coordination within industrial settings. Qualifications and Skills Industrial Wastewater Management (Mandatory skill): Expertise in managing and optimizing industrial wastewater treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental standards. Pump Design (Mandatory skill): In-depth knowledge of designing and selecting pumps for various water management systems and ensuring they meet project specifications. RCC Structure (Mandatory skill): Experience in designing and analyzing reinforced cement concrete structures tailored to industrial applications. Water Treatment Design: Ability to create efficient and effective water treatment systems through innovative design methodologies. Project Coordination: Skilled in coordinating with diverse teams to ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets. Structural Design: Comprehensive understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in the design and analysis of complex structures. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement practical solutions within water management projects. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of industrial water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline project processes and enhance overall project outcomes. Contribute to the development and evaluation of technical specifications and engineering design proposals. Analyze project data and perform simulations to predict performance and feasibility of water management systems. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Prepare detailed engineering documents, reports, and presentations for client and stakeholder review.
