Sr. Manager / AVP Business Development & Sales

You are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager / AVP Business Development & Sales for a company specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality Technical Springs and High Tensile Fasteners located in Mumbai. As a Senior Manager / AVP Business Development & Sales, you are expected to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales & Business Development. Your primary location for this role will be in Thane, Mumbai. The preferred industry/segment for this position includes Industrial OEMs, Wind customers, and Product Manufacturing Company dealing with Fasteners, Bearings, and Machine Components. The budget allocated for this position ranges from 20-25 LPA, depending on the candidate's previous experience and qualifications. The ideal educational background for this role is a B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile, with an added advantage of an MBA. Your responsibilities will include managing sales with existing OEMs, CRM management, acquiring new OEMs, conducting business development research, and identifying new products to expand the company's portfolio. You will be responsible for setting and achieving yearly revenue targets, securing sales for the next 2 fiscal years as per defined targets and plans within the existing product lines. The desired profile for this role includes a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Wind Energy sector, with a strong background in sales and business development portfolio management. International travel experience to Europe for sales and business development is preferred. Candidates with experience in the fastener manufacturing industry and those who have worked in large professional and multinational companies are highly preferred for this position.,
