Your work profile

At AventaaGlobal, we believe in building strong relationships with our clients and delivering high-quality solutions across Transfer Pricing, International Tax, and FEMA. You’ll collaborate with industry experts, engage with diverse clients, and work on complex, high-impact projects to provide strategic solutions.

Your role will include:

§ Preparation and review of Form 3CEB, transfer pricing documentation, and compliance reports

§ Drafting and reviewing submissions, appeals, and litigation documents for tax and regulatory matters

§ Handling and overseeing transfer pricing compliance, FEMA regulations, and international tax advisory

§ Interacting with clients regularly to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions

§ Reviewing case strategies for assessments, DRP submissions, and ITAT proceedings

§ Ensuring timely responses to tax authorities, transfer pricing officers, and regulatory bodies

§ Advising on FEMA compliance, structuring of cross-border transactions, and regulatory reporting requirements

§ Assisting in tax and regulatory due diligence for M&A transactions, business restructuring, and cross-border investments

§ Providing strategic advisory on BEPS, OECD guidelines, and tax implications of global business models

§ Compiling and summarizing tribunal and court decisions to support tax litigation strategies

§ Preparing service proposals and assisting in pitching for new engagements and business development opportunities

§ Introducing best practices to improve processes, enhance compliance, and optimize tax positions

§ Ensuring cross-service integration between transfer pricing, international tax, and FEMA teams to provide holistic solutions

§ Staying updated on regulatory changes and advising clients on potential impacts and risk mitigation strategies

§ Assisting in Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and tax rulings for clients seeking certainty in transfer pricing matters

Desired Qualifications

§ CA / CS / ACCA / MBA (Finance) / LLB / Interns (Pursuing relevant qualifications) from a recognized institute

§ Relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, International Tax, and FEMA (experience level based on the position)

§ Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach

§ Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically

§ Sound technical knowledge with clarity on tax and regulatory concepts

§ Leadership qualities with the ability to take ownership of work

§ Effective communication and presentation skills for client interactions and report drafting

§ Collaborative and people-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

§ Persistence and persuasiveness in handling client matters and regulatory discussions

Location and way of working

§ Base Location: Pune, India

§ Work Model: Primarily office-based, with hybrid options available on a case-by-case basis

§ Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday) (subject to extension based on work requirements)

§ Saturday Work Policy: Two Saturdays a month are working, mostly remotely, unless required otherwise

§ Travel: Minimal, as client interactions are primarily managed remotely
