Greetings from Mphasis!! We are hiring Assistant Manager - Service Desk Capability for Pune location. Who are we looking for? Candidates who are domain SMEs in the Service Desk field with expertise in Service Operations, Transition, Service Management, Data Analytics, and Client Consulting. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills.
