Job Description

As an Assistant Manager at ACG Corporate, your primary responsibility will be to drive Leadership Hiring for ACG Group in order to build a strong global workforce aligned with the Strategic Business Plan. You will need to liaise with internal stakeholders within ACG Group to ensure that business needs are met. Additionally, you will be the Application Tracking System process owner for the group. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acquiring talent to support present and future hiring requirements aligned with the business strategy. - Managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition responsibilities for the Group for senior leadership positions, including sourcing, screening, offer management, and employment contract management. - Developing proactive talent mapping of potential hires in partnership with the Talent Management COE to meet future requirements. - Ensuring core Talent Acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Diversity and Inclusion, and quality of hiring. - Executing best hiring practices to acquire new talent. - Managing International and Domestic search partners empanelment. - Handling exceptions and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. - Generating Management Information System (MIS) and maintaining data for international TA and HR-related processes. - Keeping internal stakeholders updated on their hiring requirements. - Managing and optimizing online TA platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems like SAP SuccessFactors, to capture required analytics and improve process efficiency. - Defining digital media objectives for talent acquisition and utilizing social networking and digital recruiting mediums to attract candidates. Your educational and experience requirements include: - Minimum full-time graduate with a master's degree in Human Resources. - At least 4-7 years of experience in areas of executive search. - Working experience with Success Factors. - Exposure to the Pharma & Manufacturing sector. Please note that any additional responsibilities could be assigned to you from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. Ensure that you represent the same in the primary responsibilities and agree between yourself, reporting officer, and HR. You will interface with internal stakeholders such as Business Team (Hiring Managers), Business HR (TA Leads & HR Heads), Business Finance, and Compensation Team.
