Location : Nahur, Mumbai (on-site) Experience : 3–7 Years Qualification : MBA in Human Resources or equivalent Industry Preference : Pharmaceutical Gender Preference : Male Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a leading pharmaceutical company in Nahur, Mumbai. The ideal candidate with experience in hiring sales people within the pharmaceutical industry , will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management within the pharmaceutical domain. You will act as a trusted advisor, employee advocate, and change agent to drive HR initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities : Strategic HR Support : Partner with business leaders to understand and support strategic objectives. Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business growth and employee engagement. Talent Management : Lead the implementation of talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical industry. Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and employee development plans. Employee Relations : Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution. Foster a positive work culture by addressing grievances and driving engagement initiatives. Compliance and Policies : Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and company regulations specific to the pharmaceutical sector. Update policies to reflect industry trends and legal requirements. Training and Development : Identify skill gaps and design training programs to bridge them. Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning. HR Operations : Collaborate with the HR team to manage payroll, benefits, and HR systems. Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to track progress on key initiatives. Change Management : Drive change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and adaptability. Act as a change champion for implementing new HR technologies and processes. Key Requirements : Experience : 3–7 years in field HR in hiring sales people within the pharmaceutical industry. Educational Qualification : MBA in Human Resources or equivalent. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of HR practices and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector. Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR tools, analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution expertise.
