Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Territory Sales Executive with minimum 1 year or maximum 3 years of experience who is living/working nearby Uttar Pradesh who can commute in or relocate to Moradabad with strong institutional sales/B2B sales in HORECA division to a leading food company in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities of India. This role requires you to expand the footprint in new geographies, build relationships with institutional clients (hotels, bakeries, cafes, HORECA, and industrial clients), and deliver revenue growth through proactive market development.

Key Responsibilities

● Build and grow relationships with institutional clients including bakeries, cafes, hotels, caterers, and chocolate manufacturers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

● Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

● Promote a portfolio of chocolate and cocoa products and educate clients on applications and innovations.

● Map potential customers and develop a robust pipeline of institutional accounts.

● Identify and onboard new distributors/partners to strengthen market presence.

● Organize product demos and training sessions for customers to drive adoption.

● Act as the key point of contact for clients and provide excellent after-sales service.

● Understand customer needs, propose solutions, and build long-term partnerships.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

● Provide regular updates and reports on territory performance to the management team.

Requirement & Skills

● Institutional sales in the Ingredients/HORECA sector, preferably working in emerging markets (Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities).

  • Minimum 1-3 years in FMCG/Chocolate/Bakery/Beverages industry.

● Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

● Excellent understanding of distribution models and institutional client management.

● Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle a challenging market.

● Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
