Job Description

As a Territory Sales Executive for a leading food company, your role will involve expanding the company's footprint in new geographies, building strong relationships with institutional clients, and driving revenue growth through proactive market development. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and growing relationships with institutional clients such as bakeries, cafes, hotels, caterers, and chocolate manufacturers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. - Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for the assigned territory. - Promoting a portfolio of chocolate and cocoa products, educating clients on applications and innovations. - Mapping potential customers, developing a robust pipeline of institutional accounts. - Identifying and onboarding new distributors/partners to strengthen market presence. - Organizing product demos and training sessions for customers to drive adoption. - Acting as the key point of contact for clients, providing excellent after-sales service. - Understanding customer needs, proposing solutions, and building long-term partnerships. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy. - Providing regular updates and reports on territory performance to the management team. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Institutional sales experience in the Ingredients/HORECA sector, preferably in Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in FMCG/Chocolate/Bakery/Beverages industry. - Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Excellent understanding of distribution models and institutional client management. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle challenging markets. - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
