Key accountabilities 1. The job shall be directly client facing, and the candidate shall be the face of the company and needs to be confident in personality with soft spoken skills to the client. From Meeting to client, to understanding the requirement in line with details mentioned in the Tender documents, to planning the execution, following up with vendors for material deliveries and technical support documents as required by the client 2. Execution and project planning as per allowed time period with due coordination of subcontractors and vendors. 3. Planning and removing all the road blocks in project execution, and reporting to client with daily work progress reports and resolving with them the hurdles and hindrances so as to facilitate smooth work execution. 4. Preparation of site and measurements so as to justify the material consumptions and prepare reports of it. 5. Taking ownership of the decisions and getting things done with due coordination with the client and approval as when required. 6. Taking suitable approval of GTPs, Technical Data sheet’s, designs as and when required. 7. Drafting documents, letters, etc., as and when required on site for and behalf of the company. 8. Ensuring client satisfaction so as to ensure smooth payment processing. 9. Handing over the site to the client in working position. 10. Ensuring quality at work from sub-contractors. 11. The candidate should preferably have his own laptop.
