Job Scope & Responsibilities
Customer Coordination & Order Management
- Communicate with customers to confirm orders, delivery timelines, and transportation mode
- Prepare and share Proforma Invoices, Final Invoices, E-way Bills, and transport details
- Track deliveries and follow up on payments
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Purchase & Supplier Management
- Coordinate bulk purchasing of raw materials
- Compare suppliers and negotiate pricing and payment terms
- Place purchase orders and track deliveries
- Maintain supplier and purchase records
Stock & Production Records
- Maintain records of raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress
- Track consumption, reorder levels, and stock movement
Accounts, Bookkeeping & Compliance
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense, stock, and salary records
- Assist with GST invoicing and E-way bills
- Maintain organized legal and statutory records
Employee & Salary Administration
- Maintain attendance records
- Assist with salary calculation and salary slips
- Basic understanding of PF & ESI
Online Payments & Data Security
- Handle online payments securely
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer data
Communication & Reporting
- Professional communication via calls and emails
- Timely reporting on orders, deliveries, payments, and stock
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
