What you'll do:

The job holder will be supporting the finance function by preparing, analyzing, and presenting management information reports (MIS) to aid in business decision-making. The role involves

coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with reporting standards,

and driving improvements in reporting processes.

• Prepare and deliver periodic MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) with variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Consolidate financial and operational data across departments for management review.
• Provide detailed analysis of revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial and business MIS reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.
• Automate and improve reporting processes for efficiency using Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, supply chain, etc.) together and validate data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with auditors, external consultants, and internal stakeholders where required.

What you'll need:

• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization (Power BI / Tableau preferred).
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle / Dynamics or similar).
• Good knowledge of big data (google big query)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to present complex financial data in a clear, concise manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).
• Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, preferably in MIS/management reporting roles.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, industry will be a plus.
