Assistant Manager Finance

Position Title: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

Location: Mumbai – Vidyavihar

Industry: Logistics and Supply Chain Experience: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle overall Finance & Accounts activities with focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Review, verify, and process invoices and vendor payments.

• Manage customer billing, collections, and reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with taxation requirements (TDS, GST, etc.).

• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS, and reports for management review.

• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and other compliance activities.

• Work on financial analysis to support decision-making and improve processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably from service industry.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is a must.

• Strong knowledge of accounting processes (AP & AR).

• Sound understanding of Taxation (TDS & GST).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Preferable Candidate. Self-driven, dependable, and adaptable; intent to work; flexible to handle time-sensitive tasks and available beyond regular hours when required.
