Assistant Finance Manager - Jaipur Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Assistant Finance Manager to support our financial operations with a strong emphasis on costing, budgeting, forecasting, and SAP financial modules. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6–8 years of experience in finance, preferably within the manufacturing or plant finance domain. This role requires strong analytical abilities, deep understanding of standard costing, and hands-on experience with SAP FI & CO modules, ideally with exposure to S/4HANA implementation. With manufacturing and operational units supporting its business, the company focuses on efficiency, cost control, and smart financial management to drive growth. Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (On-site role, occasional travel to plant sites may be required) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Drive cost control initiatives and manage standard costing in manufacturing units. Perform financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and operational improvements. Maintain and monitor the integrity of data in SAP FI & CO modules. Partner with plant and operations teams to deliver actionable financial insights. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support compliance, statutory audit processes, and internal controls related to costing and plant finance. Contribute to the successful rollout or optimization of SAP S/4HANA (if applicable). Present financial data and trends clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong costing expertise. 6–8 years of experience in finance, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or plant finance. Solid knowledge of standard costing, budgeting, and financial analysis. Hands-on experience with SAP FI & CO modules is mandatory. Exposure to S/4HANA implementation is an added advantage. Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and explain financial data to operational teams.
